The Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation, Inc.

The Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation was incorporated in 1998 as a 501(c) 3 non-profit foundation within the Rio Rancho Rotary Club. The purpose of the foundation is to raise funds to be invested and the income from which is to be used to help support other non-profit, humanitarian and educational organizations and projects in our community. 

The foundation is managed by a board of directors, separate from the club’s board of directors, and approves all grant requests. In 1999 the Foundation Board of Directors established a pledge program for all club members to participate in the fund's growth. The board hopes that each club member will contribute a minimum of $50 each year to the foundation. This minimum amount contributed will insure that the fund grows sufficiently to permit the foundation to have sufficient income to support our community.

In the past several years the foundation has awarded over $10,000 to local organizations. Among the recipients are the following organizations:
